| The Pocklington Pocklington & Forster Retail Investment Group of Cushman Wakefield was formed in July 2003 to focus on unanchored retail strip shopping centers between 8,000 and 80,000 square feet. It consists of seasoned commercial real estate professionals with an aggregate of some 50 years of experience. Since established they have closed more than a million square feet in 44 transactions valued at over $152 million, for an average price of $3.45 million. Over the years we have established a long term working relationship and continually strive to remain their contractor of choice. Candor Construction Services, Inc not only rehabs their shopping centers, white box work, tenant build outs but also handles all the maintenance calls and perform the work. All maintenance calls through the established 800 number goes directly to the Candor Construction office which is then logged and work order/service call performed within 24 hours. Few featured projects are: Pocklington, Pocklington and Forster contracted Candor Construction Services, Inc to help complete the exterior renovations as well as interior renovations of Buccaneer Plaza as well as Auburndale Plaza. Work included but not limited to: white box of vacant spaces, misc storefront reconfiguration, misc stucco and paint work, exterior signage, sidewalk work as well as handicap ramps and parking reconfiguration.
