 Premium Sales Cleaning/Janitorial

 Premium Sales Cleaning Includes:  
  • Ceiling fans
  • Vacuum all carpets – living room, bedrooms, stairs, etc.
  • Install air fresheners
  • Replace missing light bulbs
  • Clean windows inside and out
  • Clean window sills
  • Clean walls and ceilings (to the extent possible)
  • Remove stickers, nails, etc. from the walls
  • Clean interior doors and doorframes
  • Clean all baseboards and other woodwork (if any)
  • Clean shelves, closet inserts, decorative ledges, etc.
  • Sweep / wipe air vents and intakes
  • Remove cobwebs
Bathroom(s)
  • Clean bathroom mirrors
  • Clean bathroom cabinets, drawers, vanities, medicine cabinets, etc.
  • Clean bathroom counter tops
  • Clean bathroom walls
  • Sweep and mop bathroom floors
  • Clean all plumbing fixtures (toilets, bathtubs, showers, and sinks)
  • Clean commode and behind commode
       Kitchen(s)
  • Clean all cupboards and drawers
  • Clean pantry shelves
  • Clean cupboard doors and counter tops
  • Clean any backsplashes
  • Clean interior and exterior of all kitchen appliances. Will document any uncleanable areas.
  • Sweep and damp mop all floors (hardwood and tile)
